This page is about this website — luckycat.ie and the demo pages under it. It is deliberately short, because the site collects little.
What the site stores on your device
Nothing, until you allow it.
If you choose Allow on the banner, two things get stored:

If you choose Decline, only the second one is stored — the record of your refusal. It exists so the banner does not ask again, which is the point of asking once.
What the site records about a visit
Again, only if you allowed it:
- The page path —
/restaurants.html, not the full address with its query string. - The site that linked you here, if any.
- Your browser's user-agent string, trimmed.
- The session id above, and a timestamp.
Not collected: your name, your e-mail, your IP address as a stored field, or anything you type into a form on a page you did not submit. The query string is deliberately dropped before anything is written down, because campaign tags and stray parameters are exactly where personal data ends up by accident.

The Cloudflare analytics beacon is only loaded after you allow it, together with the rest.
Changing your mind
Withdrawing is meant to be as easy as agreeing, so it is one button:
This clears the stored answer and brings the banner back, so you can choose again. Clearing your browser's site data for luckycat.ie does the same thing.
Your browser can also decide for you: if it sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the site treats that as a refusal and does not even show the banner. Nothing is measured and nothing is asked.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being processed. Because this site's records carry no name, e-mail or account, we usually cannot connect them to a person — which is the intended design, and also means a request may not have anything to return.

Customers of ownly, tillr, Nock or pitchpilot
This page does not cover the products themselves. A restaurant or business using them is the controller of its own customers' data, and Lucky Cat processes it on that business's instructions under a separate written agreement.
